Principal's Message
Let me start by saying thank you for entrusting us with your child. I am thankful for you taking the time to read the Middle School Principal’s message. Here is a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Monroe County which taught me to value a small community and hard work. So many great memories as a child growing up in school. Middle School can be a difficult time. We are here to help develop your child and partner with you in their education. My background includes teaching for fifteen years, a Middle School Principal for three years, A High School Principal for two years and an Assistant Superintendent for two years. I have taught thousands of students, worked with hundreds of amazing teachers and my favorite part - working with amazing students just like yours! I earned my bachelors at Grand Valley State University, my Masters at Cornerstone University and PhD in Educational Leadership from The University of Toledo. I have written a book with my husband called "Pen to Paper: Helping You Build A Life That Matters." We have four teenage boys. For fun, I like to read, watch my kids play sports and spend time with family and friends.
